Our team of highly knowledgeable Membership Services associates can help you change an address, update a beneficiary, process a death claim, learn more about the products that we offer and the services we provide, and find out more information about your life insurance or annuity certificate.
 
Associates are available to answer your call in English and Spanish. Our offices are open Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. CST.

Members may make a variety of changes- including change of address, name of insured, owner, payor, etc., change of premium mode and/or amount, branch transfer, and certificate withdrawal, dividend withdrawal, premium deposit fund withdrawal, certificate loan and surrender, and many more- simply by completing our Membership Service Form.
