There’s a new sign identifying our Home Office in San Antonio. On January 14, we turned on our new sign that stands 60 feet in the air. An electronic message center that is 12 feet by 30 feet tops the sign.

According to the Texas Department of Transportation, 220,000 cars pass by our building daily making the Harry Wurzbach and Loop 410 interchange the sixth busiest intersection in South Texas.

The purpose of the sign is to build awareness about Catholic Life and the products and services that we offer.

Our strategy is to offer a mix of messages — 2/3 about Catholic Life and our products, 1/3 about the weather, nonprofits, holidays, etc.

Since we’ve turned it on, we’ve had many people make comments about it. We’ve even had people stop in to chat and purchase an annuity.
